1 - Written Application Form
Fill out the admissions form, along with a 300 word essay in English.
Please select one of the two proposed subjects found in the application file.
2 - Oral Interview Process
Each candidate must also obtain a bllingual interview with the Head of Admissions, either in person or by phone. Questions will include student motivation, as well as aspects of the prior submitted written essay.
This program is open to all "Terminale"-level students, as well as those holding a French Baccalaureat Degree in: L,ES,S or STG.

Costs - 2010/2011
• Tuition: 9 800 €
• Non-refundable Administrative fee: 280 €
• Travel expenses to the United States: 1 300 €
Lodging
Students may opt for a full-pension "room and board" , located either at Institut de Bois Robert in Becon-les-Granits or at a University Residence in Angers
.
Full room and board at IBR: 4050 € / per academic year
Lodging at a University Residence in Angers: 380 € / month
Estimated cost of lunch per day : 5 €
Scholarship opportunities
Students having attended the First Year in France program are eligible to apply for a scholarship if needed, in order to continue their studies at the St. Edward's campus in Austin, Texas.
Please contact the Head of Admissions in order to obtain a simulation of the proposed scholarship levels.
St. Edward's University has agreed to accept transfers/equivalencies for classes dispensed by the Institut de Bois-Robert (IBR) and the Catholic University of the West (UCO). However, SEU cannot guarantee the acceptance policy of any other American university regarding such transfers/equivalencies given to students of IBR or UCO.
